The New "Bottling Buddy" 6 valve Filler/Crowner or Filler/Seamer is taking the place of the old Paradigm Filler. It shares the same proven design of the older Paradigm filler. A 1.5 HP vacuum system is included for deep vacuum for the double pre-evacuation cycle.

Now, you can have a small footprint filler that you can use with bottling or canning. It comes with the same features you'd expect from any top-of-the-line filler, like:

1) Single, Double, or Triple Pre-evacuation for removing air prior to filling - If air isn't removed from the bottle prior to filling, it becomes mixed with the incoming product and dissolves into the liquid. If you're filling beer, even capping on foam won't prevent oxidation from the dissolved oxygen already present during the fill!

2) Inert Gas Leveling for precise fill heights - We stayed away from sensors to detect fill height because they're notoriously unreliable. Instead, we use science. Product is slightly over-filled beyond the short vent tubes, and then a higher counter pressure is introduced. This pushes the level to the precise height of the short vent tube, providing exceptional level control, making bottle levels even on the shelf, and can fills to their proper amount.

3) Changeover to different bottle or can sizes - Want to do a specialty product for a holiday or festival in a different bottle or can? Not a problem with our filler! Our valves are adjustable, as is the crowner and seamer module. Some change parts may be required, but you won't be stuck having to run only one size.

4) Changeover to other container types- Started with the bottle version and want to get into cans but not sure its right for you? Started with the can filler and want to get into bottles now? Just buy the proper closing module and changeparts for the other container type and you can do it on the same filler! Less space, and almost no learning curve on the new container type!

5) Touchscreen interface for modern control - Monitor the main screen to see what part of the filling cycle it's in, or adjust any of the filling timers in real-time with a few taps. The ultimate control is only a few taps away.

The Machine

The Bottling Buddy is a 6 valve filler made from stainless steel and other food grade materials. In it's bottle configuration, it comes with a crowner and automatic sorter/feeder. In its can configuration, an automatic seaming module is used in place of the crowner. In its dual-purpose role, the crowner and seamer module can be mounted at the same time, so only the valves need to be changed over when switching container types (i.e. bottles to cans). Most components are off-the-shelf items available just about anywhere, making replacement parts easy to find.

Can Configuration

In can configuration, can valves are supplied that go down and seal on the can, providing true counter-pressure filling. We can even evacuate the cans with low level vacuum during CO2 purging to remove air from the can prior to filling. When filling is completed, the cans are sent to the seamer, where an automatic lid dispenser puts lids onto each foaming can prior to seaming.
