Our filling valves actually seal on the can, keeping the can in an inert environment through the entire filling process!
Crowners and Seamer module can be mounted at the same time, so changeover is primarily just the valves and guide rails!
Low level Double Pre-evacuation is pulled on the can during CO2 purging for extremely low airs!
Can & Bottles mode is now available on the Operator Interface. A simple graphical toggle turns on Can mode, allowing crowner functions to bypass. Bottle mode shuts down the seaming function, so you don't have to disconnect electronics during a changeover.
